Power Quotient is Vicki Macdermid’s proprietary leadership framework. Vicki Macdermid is passionate about bringing the Power and Wisdom of horses to the corporate world. She knows first hand what horses can teach us about great leadership. Through horses, she has experienced and learnt resilience, communication and partnership.

From ancient times, horses have played an integral role in human development. They have carried us on their backs, extended frontiers, ploughed fields and been companions in time of need.

This strength of relationship between a human and a horse is a symbiotic partnership - a relationship that leverages and elevates the strengths of both.

Vicki has experienced first hand and formally studied the uniqueness of the horse-human relationship and applied her profound learnings in formulating The Power Quotient® Leadership Coaching program in conjunction with EQiLead.

These learnings, along with her decades of executive experience as a partner with consulting firm Pitcher Partners, has resulted in a leadership program with a difference, one that applies experienced wisdom to contemporary leadership practice.
